2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Pairfon service
• Relay SMS messages between your devices and the dashboard
• Deliver messages to configured webhooks and integrations
• Send service-related notifications (email verification, password resets)
• Monitor system health and device connectivity
• Improve the Service and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Message Data

• Messages are stored in our database to enable conversation history, webhook delivery, and integration sync
• Messages are forwarded to third-party services only when you explicitly configure webhooks or integrations
• We do not read, analyze, or sell your SMS content for advertising or marketing purposes
• Messages sent through your SIM are subject to your mobile carrier's privacy policy

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Pairfon to third-party services, SMS data may be shared with those services as configured by you:

• GoHighLevel — Messages appear in GHL Conversations when active
• Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly — SMS data sent to your configured workflows
• Custom webhooks — SMS data POSTed to URLs you specify

You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party service you connect.

5. Data Security

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic
• Hashed passwords (bcrypt)
• Rate limiting and brute-force protection
• Role-based access control
• Secure server infrastructure

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your account data, devices, and message history are permanently deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact support@pairfon.com to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

The Pairfon web dashboard uses local storage and session tokens for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Pairfon is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
