Pairfon sends and receives SMS messages through your own physical devices and SIM cards. You are solely responsible for:
API keys are provided for programmatic access to your account. You must keep your API keys confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all API usage associated with your keys. Pairfon reserves the right to revoke API keys that are misused.
Pairfon integrates with third-party services such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make.com, and Pabbly Connect. These integrations are provided as-is, and Pairfon is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of Pairfon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of Pairfon may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. You may manage your subscription through the Billing section of your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Pairfon strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairfon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Pairfon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
